This service allows you to submit payment to your Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) Program account. Read more about this service.
EUTF active employees whose health benefit premium deductions are not being deducted from their pay checks.
EUTF retirees that pay all or a portion of their health benefit premiums and/or that were over reimbursed for Medicare Part B premiums by the EUTF.
You can still make payments by personal or cashier's check or money order in person at the EUTF (201 Merchant Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813) or by mail to the EUTF lockbox (P.O. Box 30700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96820-0700)
You will need to have your EUTF ID Number and the amount that you would like to pay.
Your EUTF ID Number begins with "HB" followed by seven (7) digits (HB_ _ _ _ _ _ _ ). The number is located on your Notice for Health Insurance Premium Shortage, retiree coupon, or your CVS Caremark card. If you do not know your EUTF ID Number, please call the EUTF at 808-586-7390.

If you don't have an eHawaii.gov or myHawaii Single Sign On (SSO) account, you can sign up on the myHawaii login page. After your initial login, you may need to enter additional information.
